Sai Kung Story
Hong Kong 2003
Directed by Lo Wai-Tak.

Three vignettes set in Sai Kung about love and remembrance. A young girl in Po Toi O fishing village dreams of being a model, while antagonizing a customer who, unbeknownst to her, is a fashion designer. A young and sloppy mailman falls in love delivering letters to a girl whose boyfriend is in France, and begins screening her letters for her. Finally a widow (Ruby Wong) has to choose between memories of her husband or her husbandís best friend, recently returned from the states. Surprisingly, this shot on video cheapie actually has some fresh and interesting things to say about who we choose to love and why, and has at least one ending that surprises.
